PERSONAL TRAINING
Tailored to you, your goals and your lifestyle.
1-1 Training
This option is perfect for those wanting to do sessions in person. I will be right by your side, guiding you, checking and correcting your form and be your mental support.
I am currently based in Igym London, North Acton.
Pick from packages of 12 or 24 sessions, with an option to also do PAYG.
Tailored Programmes - London Based
This option is perfect if you feel confident training on your own. After a full assessment, you will receive your personalised programme to follow. We will go over the exercises together, in person, and make sure all are performed correctly. We will schedule progress check-ins and continue elevating your plan.
Option to also add in weekly or bi-weekly 1-1 sessions.
For example, you may have a plan of 2 days on your own and 1 session with me every week.
Online Options
1-1 Video
An option for those who live far away. We can schedule 1-1 video sessions and use the comfort of your home or the gym you are a member of. The only requirement is that I can see what you are doing the whole time!
Tailored Programme
The same as the London Based but we take the assessment online and you will receive your training plan with videos on how to perform everything correctly. You will be required to send videos of your training so we can make sure all is executed with good form. Weekly check ins includes.
STRETCH THERAPY
Add some self care, find relaxation and allow me to take car of your mobility.
Assisted Stretching designed to explore your full range of motion and bring awareness to areas that you may not be able to reach on your own.
Based on the fascial line and its movement , the session will allow your muscles and tissues to relax as well as hydrate. Overtime, help with your mobility and flexibility.


MOBILITY & RECOVERY
A class designed to improve your overall mobility, flexibility and add some self-care at the end of your day. Each class ends with breathwork.
At the moment these classes run weekly on Monday nights at Igym London.
