Aleksandra

Hi I'm Aleks. For me training is all about becoming stronger, healthier and maintaining that for as long as possible. 

I wasn't always into training and had phases of different sports when I was younger but never anything serious. I tried yoga, dance, running. It was when I started capoeira and parkour my love for movement grew. With that so did my confidence and knowledge about my own body. 

My training now revolves around calisthenics, mobility and brazilian jiu jitsu. 

 

My mission is to help you become the best you can be. I want you to be confident, strong and healthy. Long term!

Level 3 Personal Trainer

Level 4 Strength and Conditioining Coach 

FRC Mobility Specialist 

Level 1 Adapt Parkour
